A home colonic irrigation uses a gravitational method as an internal bath to cleanse the colon of poisons, gas, and accumulated fecal matter, and mucus. Lots of mucus.

HOW IS A HOME COLONIC ADMINISTERED?

A person doing a home colonic lies on a Special Home Colonic Irrigation Board called a Colenema Board or Colema Board, which lays on the toilette and is about 32" below a bucket of water.

The very end only, the tip of a sterilized speculum is gently inserted in the Rectum. ..RELAX... we're talking here the size of the tip of a ball point pen... that's the total insertion. It's nothing. You don't even feel it. Insertion is just enough so that water can flow from the bucket, down the tube, through the tip into your rectum and from there it will flow naturally up into the lower parts of your colon- the sigmoid and descending colon.

As you colon becomes cleaner and cleaner (in light of subsequent cleanses) you'll find that the water will flow deeper and deeper into your colon; from the descending part of your colon into the transverse and then ascending colon.

Water flow, which is always under the control of the practitioner (that means yourself), flows into the colon via a small water tube and out through the evacuation tube carrying with it impacted feces and mucous. Check the above colenema board picture to identify the tube and the tip.

As the water flows out of the colon the practitioner gently massages the abdomen to help the colon release its contents.

It is possible to see this expelled waste matter in the catch basin at the end of the process (by placing a colander/sieve in the toilet bowel under the board) .  The self administered home colonic process takes about 30 minutes.

HOW MANY COLONICS WILL YOU NEED?
