Finding the "best" information fast is nearly impossible these days. There are literally 100's of wanna-be cleansing, fasting, detox, juicing, dieting and health "experts" who are spreading myths and repeating one another... making it hard for you to know what really works and what doesn't. I myself have done over 700 days of fasting in the past 20 years and even more days of juicing, over 1200 home colonics on my own body, over one hundred different cleanses, over 20 years of rejuvenation and prevention practices and I have tested not once, but a few times, most of the different colon cleansing kits and detox supplements available these past 20 years in the market. I also have spent years living at Cleansing Spa's, hundreds of days in meditation retreats and close to 15 years guiding others in their cleansing, healing rejuvenation and prevention. Here is how you Separate the hype, theories, and outright 'BS' from proven strategies and tested programmes. RED FLAGS In general a Red Flag can be any undesirable characteristic that stands out to an analyst or expert. A Red Flag is a warning of danger or a problem. 1) The first RED FLAG - pictures of cleansers.
Over the past 15 years online not one of our 7DW online cleansing clients has wanted their face plastered either on our website or even at our forums where they participate daily. They all wanted to remain facially anonymous to the general public. And do please note, we have people who have been with us for many years already some close to eight years. i.e., we've built with them close personal relationships online. A deep meaningful relationship, yet no one wants their pictures online for you to see. What do I mean by a deep meaningful relationship? Here is a classic example. 2) The second Red Flag - testimonials that are pasted into webpage's.
Have you EVER written a testimonial to a company that sent you something in the mail? EVER? I never have, and I doubt you ever have either... and I'm already 53 years old. I've bought a lot of stuff in my life, some of it great stuff, yet I have never EVER once sat down to write a thank you note, let alone a testimonial to a company or a website. NEVER. The only testimonials that you can believe in are those that you find at live forums. If there are live forums at a site, that means there are real people. You usually can see the number of posts each person has made at the forum, their locality, join date, etc. So you know they are real. Otherwise, in today's internet, since the beginning of the millennium, cut and paste testimonials can be assumed to be fake, made up in order to help in the sale conversion process. To be quite honest, I was shocked and am still shocked to see colon cleansing websites (i.e., sites that sell kits, herbal supplements and equipment) making up testimonials from non existent people. What's even worse is that I have found some sites even copying word for word what our 7DW cleansers had written at our online forums, and then pasting into their websites. I AM SHOCKED by their lack of integrity. So again, if the testimonials you read aren't linked to forums, then you can probably assume that they aren't real. 3) The third Red Flag - Review Sites
For example, no colon cleansing review website has to date ever posted a review of our 7DW Freedom cleansing program even though we were one of the first on the internet (if not the first cleansing site) and even though we have been around the longest and even though we have hundreds of real people, real cleansers, writing up their stories year after year i.e., you can see their progression year after year... you can see how their health and life has been transformed in light of the 7-Day Wonder Freedom cleanse. If you ever have visited any of the different Best Five Colon Cleansing Sites you never saw us there, did you? That's because what really happens is that some scammer opens two or three or four different cleansing sites, under different names, at different web addresses, selling different products, and then for their grand finale they open a site of the Five Best Cleanses, and we the reader have no idea that actually they own four or five of the sites, including the review site! 4) The fourth Red Flag - claims that supplements or kits will change your health
Please note the following about supplements... Here is what I wrote a while back at our forums for our 7DW Freedom cleansers, and I'd like to share it with you. After all, the purpose of cleansing should be to FREE your health and not put it into bondage:
No kit, no supplement, no herbal colon cleansing supplement, or maple syrup cleansing or lemonade detox is going to change your health. What you might experience is some temporary changes, but they will be short lived... of course something has to happen because the law of nature, the law of cause and effect, comes into play for a short while... BUT it's not lasting and not sustainable and no one should believe for a moment that it is, or will be. That's just fooling ourselves. Further more, with regards to item #4 it sometimes really infuriates me to read a list of health benefits that supposedly you will realize simply because I know how hard our 7DW cleansers have had to work to realize the results they have attained. I've found tens of sites operated by people who have done a cleanse or two or three, and what they all are doing is selling for a commission products produced by some big corporation, yet they present themselves at the same time as someone who knows a thing or two about cleansing, rejuvenation and renewal. I just can't believe that someone would have the nerve, the gull, to tell you that you are going to attain substantial sustainable changes to your health, while only doing 10%of what our 7DW cleansers are doing. Yet I see time and again some young man or woman who did a cleanse, two or three write a book, a magazine article, or open a website, and present themselves as someone who has something to say to you, as an expert. It's larcenous to say the least. The same thing has happened by the way with yoga. In the old days, a master would spend 20 years practicing on his own body, and only then open a center to help and teach others. But today, we see again and again, someone who did six months of yoga, or a year or two, and then they open a yoga center. The same thing has happened in many different fields, even the spiritual one. I laughed last week when I got an email titled "How to walk the spiritual path in five minutes only!" Hahahhahahaa. The above partially explains why so many great traditions are being debased and degraded... and why even though spending your good money and precious time, and even though you have great intentions, you don't achieve the type of results Masters talked about. The bottom line is this ... Renewing our health, reclaiming it, healing past problems and preventing new ones from arising requires work on your part, it requires effort, It requires time, patience and an investment on your part. There is no quick fix. There are no short cuts.
"The best medicine is no medicine". Since I'm the medicine man, logically, that means that I intend to put myself out of business. Your body should be serving your life, and not the other way around. This programme will teach you how to accomplish that- quick, easy, and pocket friendly... Rest assured,7DW Freedom Cleansing is the thing to do. Wishing you all the best. Love and light,
