 Greetings! I've spent years cleansing my body and years purifying/cleansing my mind. Now it seems to me that I should spend some more time in meditation. I wanted on October 1, 2004 to go into a 3 year meditation retreat in silence in Nepal, but my mentor Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche requested that I help more people with their health before doing that. So, I have agreed to dedicate another few years of my life to helping others before I go into retreat. By doing so I feel my life will have been worthy- I have helped others, I have helped my teacher and I have helped myself too. That's a worthy human life.
