If you already own a colenema board, then of course you will not need to purchase a new one. We have many people who have cleansed elsewhere in the past but with frustrating results. If you already own a board, then there is no need to repurchase a new one.

In addition, we suggest you have access to a juicer (not a blender).
Also, two reference books will be recommended.
