Want to know what I think about exercising?

I think the type of exercising that you are presently doing is a waste of time. You want to do body building you need exercising, otherwise the type of exercising promoted by commercial companies and doctors, by the so-called health and fitness experts, is a farce, a fake, and a fraud geared to make money for them while ultimately keeping us sick.

I know from extensive PERSONAL experience that exercising isn't the key to great health. It has nothing to do with getting healthy or staying healthy. You walk around 15 to 20 minutes a day; that's all one needs... that's all one has needed for hundreds (if not thousands) of years prior to the sick-care commercial consumer culture of the last century.

Bad health starts here, from a polluted bloodstream and from polluted sick weak internal organs which consequently weakens your immune system, which consequently leaves your body more susceptible to infections and disease, to slow healing, declining energy and sluggish health.

Your body is just a shell. It's your vital internal organs which sustain your life, not your body.

I think that doctors, since they don't know how to grow your health and protect our body and health, have found a way out of their predicament, their EVIDENT failures. They throw the onus of sicknesses onto SOMEONE ELSE, into someone else's lap rather than taking responsibility for not showing us how to stay healthy without pills, medications and surgery. For without sick people AND the culture of sick-care that we all have bought into, for without pills, medications and hospitals they are out of business. No money to be made by them. They tell you that you must exercise to stay healthy. What a bunch of BS.

I never exercise and I am a thousand times healthier, more vibrant, and happier than all the doctors, all the nutrition experts and all the exercise and fitness coaches combined together. You can see it with your own eyes. And I'm approaching 50!!!

They avoid taking the responsibility they have to heal and protect our lives by throwing it out the window and onto an exercise program. That stinks in my opinion. It is a fraud.

If this isn't true then YOU EXPLAIN TO ME why are 15 million new cases of cancer forecasted by 2020 and why has the exercise industry grown into a multi-billion dollar industry? If great health was about exercising, where was that industry 100 years ago, 500 years ago, a thousand years ago? For surely human beings needed it as much then as we do now. We've bought into it because of advertising and ego... advertisers, doctors and beauty care, they all play on our ego, our desire to look better, to be more beautiful.

Why is everyone around us sick, fat and unhappy? Why is heart disease, depression, cancer and other chronic illnesses so prevalent? Look to the industries, look to the big commercial corporations, look to the pharmaceutical and medical industry, look to the commercial processed food and fast-food industry, the insurance industry (which plays on our fears) and you will see the evident answers... Money. Big money. Thousands upon thousands of dollars are made from each one of us over the course of our lifetime. It some cases it is tens of thousands. We keep paying, they keep playing. It's that simple.

No one ever taught us how to stay healthy on our own. No one wants to put themselves out of business. I do. Once you know how to cleanse and are practicing it, I'm history. Until then I want to be your cleansing coach, your personal cleansing trainer.

Trying to cleanse alone with a book, or lose weight, or renew your health, or prevent bad health without a live format, without a detailed blueprint and structure, without continuous comprehensive group support and without professional guidance is like trying to play tennis or golf without taking lessons, without practice and without a coach... Well, they can copy the name of this program, and they can even copy my name (I've seen one new guy copy my medicine man name to his health man name, and copy the name of the HPS 7-Day Wonder cleansing to his 7-Day Miracle cleanse...My God, how much more can one copy?) and they can even copy the HPS website content and our gif icons, but they CANNOT COPY the Real people, the Real needs, the Real Victories, my methodology, my profound personal experience, my confidence, skills and ability to successfully get people onto this path and help them stay on it, nor the love I give and receive from HPS cleansers.

Anybody, any child can sell you cleansing-detox-weight loss products or books and manuals, anybody can call themselves health-man, colon man, fasting man, or whatever and anybody can put up a web site... BUT...

It all comes down to motivation and intent - not one of them is ready to take responsibility to fully guide you and coach you when you do your cleansing and travel the rejuvenation path with you for months on end.
