A healthy bowel movement is quite large both in length and in width as you
can see in the
below pictures.
Most of us would be wiser and healthier if we watched our bowel
movements more than we watch the scale in our bathroom. You'll have more predictive
ability about your health and where it is headed by doing that, by
taking up that habit.
Make
it a point each time you get off the toilet to bend down and take a
good hard look. Spend 10 seconds looking at your own shit. Notice the texture, length, color, deformations, and
smell. You'll profit by doing so.
The below pictures are pictures of my own bowel movements, Jos-hua's the HPS medicineman.
This is 'Deep Body Care'. We start deep, in the bowels of the body.
As you can see my bm's are anywhere from 9 to 16" inches, each and every time
I take a dump.
And please
do take note, I don't stuff myself with food. In other words I'm not
pooping a lot because I'm eating a lot. I'm pooping well because my
system is functioning well (my digestive, assimilation, peristalsis and
elimination systems). In fact, I usually eat only two meals
per day. One large meal in the early afternoon and one smaller meal
in the early evening. I almost never ever eat breakfast. And many days I eat
only one meal (late afternoon), yet still even on those days I have a healthy bm
the next day.
Someone who isn't as healthy as I am might be lucky to see 3 to 5" inches
long bowel movements. And I doubt if even that is daily. Maybe once
every other day, or longer.
-
A healthy bowel movement (BM) should happen at the least once daily, or even twice daily.
In my case they usually reoccur at the same hour of the day. You can
actually train your body so that they do. That type of training
helps make life easier for you because you know exactly when you are going to have go to
the toilet for a shit. In other words, you can time it when you are at
home and not at the office or on the road. In my case, I either time
it for morning when I wake up, or alternatively at night before I go
to sleep. And it works like clockwork.
And sometimes, when large amounts of food are consumed frequently during the day
and if you're really well cleaned-out you can expect a BM even
three times a day...
When your digestive tract is optimally functioning and your elimination systems are optimally at par the body expels the waste and pollution immediately within hours of digestion having taken place.
-
It drops out in a matter of seconds, at most within 30 seconds while sitting on the toilet seat (preferably squatting if you can).
- It floats in the toilet bowl, in the water.
-
Take note of its density. Lots of roughage for peristalsis to work off of.
-
It is light brown in color.
- It doesn't smell bad.
In fact when the bacteria ratio in your colon is properly re-calibrated (80:20, good bacteria/bad bacteria) it will smell like roses!
-
Smells bad. Stinky smell in the bathroom. (Help, open the window, turn on the fan!)
-
Is pencil like in form. Or watery. Or sloppy. Or piecemeal.
-
It doesn't float in the water, it sinks to the bottom of the toilet bowl.
-
It's a very dark color, dark brown or almost black.
- It is hard to evacuate, it's doesn't just drop out, (not enough lubrication).
- It takes time to evacuate, it doesn't just drop out in one piece in less than a minute. Many Americans spend ten to twenty minutes sitting on the toilet!! That's basically because peristalsis is weak. Another reason is the tortuous twists, spasms, distortions and bends in the colon itself, in the tubing itself, which is a result of years of neglect in colon care.
-
It isn't daily, but rather infrequent, one poop every other day or maybe every few days only.
In other words pollution, filth, toxic waste and congestion is building up daily
deep within the body polluting every other organ and system deep within the body-
including lungs, kidneys, heart, pancreas, spleen, liver and gall
bladder, stomach and digestive system, circulatory
system, reproductive system, endocrine system, hormonal system,
respiratory system, etc..
When that goes on for months and then years, well, don't be surprised to hear the doctor announce cancer or some other
horrible chronic disease is knocking on your door. Cancer, strokes, heart attacks, all diseases
and illnesses just love a filthy dirty body.
They thrive in it! As
does every other health problem in the world from the simplest and
smallest to the majors.

movements look like when your internal environment deep inside your
body isn't a mess (take
a good look at the size, length, shape, color, texture and width. Pictures from my own body.)
Do your poops, your bowel movements look anything like these?
Mine do almost everyday.
When they do, you'll know on your own (without any tests, doctor visits, meds or supplements) that your health is moving in a safe and very positive direction.
Take a good hard look below at these pictures... each of these bm's is over 12
inches in length.
They all dropped out in one piece (one broke in half when hitting the floor,
yes, I shat on the floor so that I could take a picture for you with the bm next
to a ruler).
One of them (the one that broke in half when hitting the flow is close to 16"
inches long! One day of food. Not one week. Nor one month. One day, I shat the day
before.
Last but not least, I'm in and out of the bathroom, on and off the toilet, and
washed my hands in
about two minutes flat. Usually less than that.
When your colon is properly and thoroughly cleaned out, that's what happens.
There is no chance to sit and read a book or a magazine while sitting on the toilet. The poop just
drops out, in seconds.
Well functioning elimination systems sit at the forefront of great health...
if all five of your core elimination systems are not at peak functioning that
means poisons, toxic waste and pollution is accumulating inside your body rather
than being evacuated daily.
If that is happening for months and years, you can bet the bank the "causes and
conditions" are being set internally, deep within your body, for a calamity
and avalanche of health
problems.
"If you stand long and still enough near rivers, lakes and ponds where herons and similar long-beaked birds fish and feed, you will notice a curious habit.
From time to time, a heron will suck up a beak full of water, twist its neck around and insert the beak into its own anus, squirting the water deep into its bowels to flush out the putrid debris and other residue from its fish-based diet.
Who taught these birds to do that?
Nature did.
And a Taoist respects no teacher more than nature.
The very sound of the word colon prompts embarrassment these days.
Many people can't even bare to look at a picture of a colon, let alone talk about their own.
Suggest that someone run 5 gallons of lukewarm water through it, and embarrassment turns to suspicion or sheer panic.
American doctors are reluctant even to discuss the matter, and they flatly refuse to administer colonic irrigations to patients on request. They believe, as one New York physician put it, colonics 'went out with the horse-and-buggy' a century ago.
American doctors also reject nutritional therapy, herbal remedies, fasting, therapeutic breathing, meditation and other 'outdated' methods that they no longer understand, nor want to understand.
In Russia however, it remains standard procedure in all hospitals and clinics to administer a thorough colonic cleansing to all patients, regardless of their ailments, immediately upon entering any hospital. Russian physicians realize that no cure for any ailment can be properly administered to a filthy, highly toxic body, which simply cannot assimilate and utilize medications.
Nor does a body devitalized by chronic toxemia have sufficient strength and energy to fully recover from such radical procedures as anesthesia, surgery and chemical therapy.
As a case in point for colonics, take pneumonia.
At the turn of the century, before cancer and heart disease replaced it, pneumonia was the biggest killer in America.
Back then, Dr. J.H. Tilden of Denver, Colorado, who specialized in pneumonia and treated more patients for this disease than any other physician on record, never lost a single patient to this dreaded ailment. He achieved his remarkable record by relying entirely on fasting and colonic irrigations, followed by strict diets of raw natural foods. Today, pneumonia still takes a heavy toll among the elderly and weak, despite all the modern drugs used to treat it."
We don't need doctors in our health care, nor vitamins and supplements, nor endless workouts and yoga. Nor drugs and meds. We need common sense. We need "Deep Body Care".
